  Worst apartments! Can’t even get a tour scheduled cause they lazy! When I walked in to ask about a tour no one was up front and then this women didn’t even walk out her office to greet us. So we asked about a tour her lazy self just said do it online. So tried to schedule online then they canceled cause alittle drizzle of rain. Whomp whomp. Oh well I’ll go somewhere else 😂 this place ugly anyway.

  I recently toured this community and had such a wonderful experience! The office staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and informative. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made the entire touring process smooth and enjoyable. You can really tell they care about making future residents feel comfortable and excited about possibly calling this place home. The property was beautiful and well-maintained, and the positive energy from the staff truly stood out. I’m definitely considering making this my new home!

  Please just go ahead and find another place to stay. I have never been discriminated against as bad as the management did in this place. I applied here and just had issue after issue all the way up until move in day and i just cancelled and went somewhere else. A maintenance staff member actually pulled me to the side on my fourth visit because they never answered the phone and told me they had been talking about me, calling me the annoying “white boy” and saying they didn’t need anymore “white folks” in the neighborhood. Well don’t worry as a military member I promise I will try my best to get this place black listed for military.

  This apartment complex managed to burn all good will they acquired with me. I had a very positive experience moving in, living there with maintenance being done on time, etc. Even leaving was a good experience at first… but then I was called by a debt collector looking for payment for moving out. The first day or so after 30 days of moving out, during which in those thirty days I consistently tried to call and email to confirm what I owed. They had my forwarding address for three months, and NO communication about what I owed until they sent it to a collection agency to push the issue. This reeks of the management change that occurred. I do NOT recommend moving here, if this is going to be the new practice for those moving out moving forward.
