  I recently toured this community and had such a wonderful experience! The office staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and informative. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made the entire touring process smooth and enjoyable. You can really tell they care about making future residents feel comfortable and excited about possibly calling this place home. The property was beautiful and well-maintained, and the positive energy from the staff truly stood out. I’m definitely considering making this my new home!

  Please just go ahead and find another place to stay. I have never been discriminated against as bad as the management did in this place. I applied here and just had issue after issue all the way up until move in day and i just cancelled and went somewhere else. A maintenance staff member actually pulled me to the side on my fourth visit because they never answered the phone and told me they had been talking about me, calling me the annoying “white boy” and saying they didn’t need anymore “white folks” in the neighborhood. Well don’t worry as a military member I promise I will try my best to get this place black listed for military.

  When I first moved in 9 years ago, it was a great place to live. Several changes of management steadily resulted in a decreased satisfaction with resolving minor issues. By the end of my time there, the complex was basically low-income housing; smelling of weed, issues with keeping amenities open, backlog in maintenance due to short staffing, and stressed out office staff. My complaint is not with the individual staff on site, but rather the corporate management who kept rotating out successful teams.
