  I scheduled an appointment with Mark Spain Real Estate specifically because of their advertised cash offer program and what I experienced was nothing short of misleading. They took an hour and a half of my time just to show up and push a traditional listing instead of delivering what was promised. When I asked about the actual cash offer I was basically told it would be extremely low anyway which makes their entire cash offer pitch feel like nothing more than a tactic to get in the door. This felt like a complete bait and switch. If you are advertising cash offers then actually stand behind it instead of using it to pressure homeowners into listing their property. The whole experience came off as disingenuous and a waste of time. I would strongly caution anyone considering them especially if you are expecting a legitimate straightforward cash offer.
