  This company called me kept me on the phone for an hour and and 15 mins to give me an extremely low offer of 120k on my house when there is nothing in my town listed for under 200k but what makes it worse is I explained to the man that my property is zoned for future industrial property and I was not going to take residential price so not to waste my time with a residential offer yet they decisions to waste over an hour of my time to come back with the lowest offer I have gotten yet and like 80k less the. I feel is the residential price. Don't no make the mistake of wasting you time unless you are willing to take less the half you asking price.
