  I had the opportunity to view the Enclave Property with Jordan and from the time I walked in I was greeted and treated like i already was a Resident. The entire staff welcomed me including a Resident I was impressed, the entire complex was clean, gated and the grounds were professionally kept. I would consider Enclave my next place to reside because you can't find Genuine and Caring people who love what they do like Jordan, & the entire staff in that office.

  The enclave is a great place to rent! From the first time I called till the time I checked out 11 months later it was a total pleasure. Jordan was always super helpful and I was always able to reach him with any questions or concerns. Very grateful for him and his help in making my life easier!!

  We relocated from across the country and needed a place to live asap upon arrival! we never toured in person and have never even been to georgia before! looking for a place to live in stressful enough but not being able to see it in person is a whole other ordeal. THIS WAS THE BEST PLACE! Jordan and Wendy were so sweet and helpful throughout the whole process! The pictures of the units and amenities are spot on! So clean, quiet and relaxing! Close enough to shopping, grocery and downtown, but still far away enough to feel secluded! They really prioritize you not only as a tenant but as a person, with amazing communication, speedy repairs and above and beyond community engagement! Our family thrived here and after seeing other apartments in the area we considered i’m so glad we chose to live and The Enclave. They don’t even compare and half of the pictures were misleading and the units overpriced. Don’t hesitate to check it out!!

  My husband & I have been living here for almost a year now & we love it! It has been the most perfect place for us. I wanted to specifically talk about how amazing the staff is here from when we inquired about moving (Jordan was great) maintenance, and everything in between. Joe Caroll & Mr. Billy from maintenance are always a pleasure. They work to ensure any issues that do arise are fixed quickly & efficiently. Plus, they always go the extra mile and it shows! Also, Wendy is always so kind and helpful with anything I need. I love that they host community events each month. I truly have nothing negative to say about The Enclave!

  Swimming pool was down for 2 months gate been down for a year too many work trucks parked in lots also you have to watch out for hidden fees
