  Left 2 messages and a request for info over a week ago here and still haven’t received a call, text, or email back. Makes me wonder how hard it will be to actually talk to someone if something happens and needs fixed if I decide to actually rent here.

  If you want to live in a community that charges you for WiFi, appliances, and amenities that never work or are ran down and broken, then look no further, this is the place for you. Charges renters for washers and dryers that never truly work correctly (never dries your clothes), internet that they let the contract lapse and leave you without service for four days or more, a pool with lounge chairs and sofas that are dry rotten, grills that are dirty and don’t work but won’t allow you to have your own according to the lease, a yoga room that you can’t access unless there is someone working (which is a rarity to see for the front office), and work/service orders that take weeks to even be completed (if they aren’t marked completed with no work being done at all). The community center used to have a coffeemaker for renters to access but guess what, they took that away as well. Oh and the broken gym equipment is just the icing on the cake.

  Overall 11 out of 10 ! Karah was amazing, very helpful and welcoming. She went the extra mile and made sure we settled in with no problems. The community is like no other in Brunswick, very clean and quiet. The amenities of the communities are endless. The units are chic, modern and spacious. The gym is stocked! We also have a dog park. Parking is never an issue. Every building basically has its own parking lot, even some have garages. Plus they have plenty of community events for us to attend or drop by for throughout the day. 🏠 LOVE IT HERE
