Save yourself the regret and live somewhere else. Roaches, mold. Our appt leaked from the roof (upstairs neighbor flooded their appt.) and no effort has been made to fix it. Door busted and water has been leaking through the bottom of the walls. Nothing has been done. Trash man never gets out trash. Front desk is as useful as a wet roll of toilet paper. Just save your time and go somewhere else.

I do not recommend living at any place owned by this company. Went into my apartment unannounced, stole my stuff, and now after paying all the final fees, 2 months later, they sent my info to collections (refused to remove it even with proof of payment by check) and plummeted my credit score. THEY ARE TERRIBLE.

Maintenance has been great! The past month things have changed for the good. The maintenance supervisor James was great. He was very caring about our needs and provided great service. He apologized about past service we have had with maintenance and ensured his dedication to fixing the issues we had in our unit. The office staff has been great! The property manager has been a delight and is always smiles when we walk in the office. I know the reviews hasn't always been great, but I will say this they have turned this place around and has made it feel more and more like home.

The Maintenance Manager James,
Just came and took care of all of our issues. He was on time, courteous and respectful. He also asked if we had any other is issues he could address.
Susanna - in the front office always takes the time to listen to our concerns and address any questions and concerns we have. This is a welcome changes

I was promised an ADA unit. I did not get one and they have delayed putting grab bars in the shower. It’s been five days since I’ve moved in and they stopped replying to my issues with this four days ago. I haven’t been able to bathe since I moved in. They know this but have failed to respond in a substantive manner.
James in maintenance is a great guy, really tries his best. He’s responsive but I don’t think he gets much support from management.
