  We lived here from Sept '25 to April '26 and highly recommend it. The location is perfect: walking distance to Blackburn Park and several major shops including Whole Foods and Publix. Management is excellent, the property is always clean, and service requests are handled promptly. An overall great experience!

  I toured Brookleigh Flats after having toured several different complexes in the area and was instantly impressed!! Friendly staff, hallways were clean and smelled great, spacious, cozy and updated units! It just felt like home. I can’t wait to move in! Thank you Teon for your help!

  I lived at Brookleigh Flats for a little over two years and really enjoyed my time there. The neighbors are friendly, the building stays quiet, and most of the community is made up of young adults and older residents. The apartments themselves are cozy, and the location — especially the walk-up and street entrance — is a big plus. The leasing office is always helpful, and maintenance was easy to reach and quick to fix anything that came up. Even when the parking gate had issues, the office kept everyone updated. The pool is nice without ever feeling crowded, and being so close to Blackburn Park and its walking trails was one of my favorite parts. Overall, it’s my favorite place I’ve lived in Atlanta by far. Highly recommend!
