  I don’t know where to start. Buying a home is one of the most stressful events in one’s life. We have bought and sold a few homes in our moves. From the moment Bill was by our side during this whole transaction, we felt a reassurance we hadn’t experienced before. It went so smoothly it was actually a pleasurable experience. Too bad that is the exception not the norm. How refreshing was it to have Bill as our teammate during this transaction. Bill was always communicative, responsive, knowledgable, and just a great person to know. We called and messaged a bunch but Bill was not deterred. He answered our numerous questions pretty much anytime and calmed our nerves. If you’re buying or selling it would a mistake to attempt it without Bill. We have moved over 350 miles to get here but couldn’t have done it with as much ease as we had with Bill on our team.

  Bill Banzhaf is an excellent realtor. He kept us informed on our home purchase every step of the way. He is knowledgeable about the areas he supports and guided us through the home buying process. My husband and I would highly recommend him for your home purchase needs.

  We appreciated that Bill would step back and let us walk through the house. He would offer his thoughts and opinions when we asked. Also, we lived 4-1/2 hours away and there were 2 occasions where he looked at a house for us and suggested if we should make an offer or pass.
