  My husband and I visited The Meadows did a tour back in March 2025. From the maintenance staff to the office staff everyone is very friendly. When we applied we had the pleasure of Mrs Candice assisting with the tour and completion of application process. We did not move in until July 24, 2025 and Mrs Veronica assisted us with the welcome packet. These ladies are awesome willing to go above and beyond if needed. I also met Mrs Kim as well if I did not know any better you would think these ladies were family. They work as a team and I love that. I found out that there were promotions within the staff and I was very excited. That lets me know that they love what they do. I never expect perfection but these ladies definitely are perfect in my book. I also want to acknowledge the maintenance staff. Please know that your job does not go unnoticed. With an apartment complex this size and everyone may need different work orders you guys still make living out here well worth it. Congratulations from Shannon and Carlos Deloach

  Moved here almost 3 months ago. Great staff. Candy is amazing. Maintenance team handles requests in a timely manner. Very professional. Love the pool and gym.

  When we first moved here in November, everything and everyone was great! However, within the last 2-3 months, not so much. Most of it is maintenance issues. Although the staff is friendly, we have had issues that I wish they would deal with better. All of these issues happened all within 3 months. First our dryer went out, instead of getting a loaner to hold us over, We had to go to the laundromat for 2 weeks. Our thermostat went out and we had to deal with the Summer heat for a few days. The one that really made us furious, My wife works from home, the fire alarms just kept going off while my wife was working, jeopardizing her job, I took of off work because Maintenance never came,changed the batteries and it still was malfunctioning. So my wife wouldn't lose her job and for us to get to sleep, on the third day I had to take them down. Yes, I called the office very upset saying " If my wife lose her job, will you help with the rent"? Finally, the last troubling incident that just happened . We have been paying our rent, the same amount. Now we are told that our rent is going up because we were never charged for our washer and dryer. The same dryer that had us going to the laundromat for 2 weeks about a month or so. Not to mention, the AC in the exercise room has been out for awhile. It's sad because we used to really love it out here.

  This place used to be very safe and quiet. Not any more! Pool parties every weekend, extremely loud music, fights, alcohol, lots of smoking, people vaping, police has been involved. Do not recommend it any more. Seems like they rent to anyone.
