  Nothing against the company this is about Mr Kelly Silas purchased a home from him the people he used messed up my mail box messed up my water line made damages to the home and not yet came and fixed they mistakes plus I’m having to pay over 1,000$ for the home and still have not gotten my steps in yet Kelly is not as professional

  Kelly Silas is about unprofessional as they come. Bought a trailer when it was tanners, it’s BEEN months and my home is still not completely set up, and not to mention the damages the people that he used caused to the property (busted the water line, busted power box, mail box) along with damages to the new trailer also. It’s been like 4 months since they delivered the house and still no steps. And we still have a 1k payment a month while having to fix YOUR damages….

  My husband and I recently started the process of finding land to package with our new home, and Clayton Homes has made it so much easier than we expected. Mr. Hampton, was incredibly thorough. He went above and beyond to help us navigate the lending side- mediating between multiple lenders, explaining what to expect, and keeping everything moving without ever making us feel rushed. On top of that, he’s extremely knowledgeable about land. He walked us through what to look for, what might cause issues down the line, and how to assess whether a property was truly a good fit for our plans. What impressed me most was that nothing felt pitchy or pushy. Hampton matched our pace, answered every question honestly, and let us move forward only when we felt ready. That kind of patience and transparency is rare.
