  I purchased a 175,000 home from Vivian's. They never thanked me for my business. When I asked did Blinds come with the home, I was told yes they do, I was lied to only the front had Blinds I had to purchase for the remainder of the home. I asked about the missing blinds and She told me that's what you get and never heard back about that lie. The description of the home was taped to the refrigerator inside the home and stating 2 outside faucets, they only installed 1. When I questioned about the 2nd she told me that was an old description information paper, it wasn't marked thru it plainly stated 2. At closing she told me 2 as well. All I get from then is lies. The guy finishes didn't do his job. All the staple holes was left untouched. Her response was Clayton homes will fix that. That wasn't their responsibility. If you want to be lied to, disrespected, from the most ungrateful people then go to Vivian's Homes . If I knew at all this is what I received I would never have spent my time or money with these people. Unfriendly, ungrateful business. Stay away!

  I got a new home from Vivians the end of 2024. Vivians was so easy to work with and very professional. Set-up/Install was great. I had some damage to the front door, leaks and other minor repairs needing done a few months after installation. Clayton sent out a team that was terrible! Vivians finisher team (The First Project) came back out and correct and fixed everything. They did and it was amazing. I will only allow The First Project to do warranty work on this home. Highly recommended. I would buy again from Vivians they were great.

  We have purchased from Ms Vivian before and had a pleasant experience. We were in need of another home and we negotiated the purchase price with Ms Vivian. Our family is trying to help a young couple get on their feet. Ms Vivian agreed to the lower price to help this young couple. She gave me one of her big hugs and thanked me for helping. I in turn thanked her for her kindness. She called Julie in her office and handed her a folder and explained the model and the price. You could tell by Julies reaction that she disagreed with the sales price. However Ms Vivian told her that she wanted to sell it for that. I explained to Ms Vivian that the couple would be up there later to determine the final color. She said no problem color would not change the price. She was great to work with. Fast forward to when the extremely young couple went to pick out their new home. Not knowing the young couple was the one I had already negotiated the deal for, Julie proceeded to show them the home and gave them a price $23,000 more! I understand mistakes happen so I went to speak with Ms Vivian and Julie about this. Unfortunately Ms Vivian was not there so I spoke with Julie. She informed me that she recalled the agreement that we had but she and her partner were not going to honor it. Her explanation was that “Ms Vivians mind was slipping “. To which I laughed out loud. If anyone knows Ms Vivian, she is sharper than most 20 year olds. Julie assured me that I would receive a call that evening from her partner, whom I have never met, I requested a call from Ms Vivians. Now 5 days later and still no call. Vivians Homes has always done right by me and we have referred several people there. I cannot understand why an employee that was part of and was asked to prepare the paperwork for this young couple would do this. This family cannot afford the price Julie quoted them but she didn’t seem to care. I hope Ms Vivian will see this and kindly remind Julie that it is Vivians Homes!

  Bought a new mobile home from Vivian's mobile home, was set in January and sent a request for repairs and I am still waiting. Been patient with Vivian's and not getting no where. Call today and talk to Vivian her self and she was rude and hung up on me. Do not waste your money or your time, the mobile home that i purchase is a manufacturer defect. Have the receipt and pictures to show what is wrong.
