I wen to sheck these out with one of the property managers, I could no believe they wan over $1300 for a two bedroom, these are NO worth that, I had just left viewing apartments in Sandy Springs, and the Walton in Litia Srpint with my Son, and Wife....my wife and son were not with it...
1. The building is too, like way too old, & the area is in an area thats not idea, cobb police were lined up, the Narco Trucks just across the street by the store on the entry but we paid it no mine, at the time.
2. the siding on all the buildings needs to be re-done you can see holes in most of the Hardy plank on most of the buildings signaling termite damage, I do construction so its easy to see whats wrong..
3. on the inside they still have pop corn ceiling, the lighting is still 1990's,
4. no crown molding, and linoleum
5. The Area see to have too mush Crime , and the Amenities inside of the apartment are not up to par, nor are the amenities outside or around the neighboring area, no Starbucks, no Publix, and the places that were around were very run down as well, too mush noise from the highway behind the apartment
6. The layout still has the bar Bay windows as opposed to Open counter top "Island" with quality tops,
7. The Garbage situation is crazy, tthats all i will say...i see peple hjoling bags outside the car, driving to the front from the back over all those Speed Bumps... i don know why so many speed bumps
8 the msot these place is worth right nowe is 900 maybe 950 best. but no way in hel 1300,
9. We take the Walton, they better for the price and quality, sorry but no way my frind
