  Overall this was a good transition for my mother. I was looking for a place for her and the office Manger Tanisha was very professional and willing to help mom get through all the paperwork and the questions we had.She definitely cares and stays on top of things it was a smooth process for my mother .

  After everything I’ve been through at my last complex, I’m grateful to find Austell Village and meet Ms.Tenisha, the manager! Not only was she welcoming but she ensured to properly handle my paperwork, throughly went through all leasing procedures, and was understanding of my personal situations. Tensiha was considered and has a very kind spirit! Tensiha made sure to let me inspect my apartment first before I paid for it, most apartment don’t do that.

  I am beyond grateful for stumbling across these apartments after going through a tough time in my life! The moment I stepped into Ms. Tanisha’s office she was kind, informative, and compassionate and was able to help me move in within weeks. She worked efficiently and was very patient throughout the whole move in process with me! She even rearranged her schedule to make sure I was able to move in within the time frame that I needed. You can tell she takes pride in managing these apartments because the property and the apartment itself are very clean! I’ve only been living here for a few weeks but I have no complaints so far. The apartments are affordable and near everything you could imagine. I’m so glad I was able to move here! Thank you Ms. Tanisha!

  Mrs Tanisha is handsome down the best! From awesome communication and getting me and my family in smooth. She cares and is very knowledgeable answering all questions I had. I love my new home! The atmosphere is welcoming, the neighbors are polite, the grounds are clean, my home is spacious the pictures on line didn't prepare me for the amount of space I would have! I'm excited for this move.thank you again.

  I have visited Austell Village 3 times.Im a future Resident.An Mrs.Sheryl has been a God sent Angel.She has really helped me.She was very caring an kind.An she has a very neat an clean office.An she has the property looking immaculate!!It's so clean an look so peaceful,I couldn't believe my eyes.I don't know what everyone else have dealt with but I do believe in finding out for myself.An I did.I must say some of these reviews were un believable.Honestly see for yourself.Because I was impressed with the property an the cleanliness!! God bless you Ms.Sheryl you're the best in my book!!!!!!!
