  When Austell village says welcome home it right on point I feel so welcome Ms Taneshia the manger was so polite every thing was done decent and in order she made me feel so confident in where I would be living offered me refreshments clean office space just like my new apartment clean and comfortable explained it all to me took her time I thank you for being so polite now I can relax and have a peace of mind living in Austell village thank you Ms T❤️

  Overall this was a good transition for my mother. I was looking for a place for her and the office Manger Tanisha was very professional and willing to help mom get through all the paperwork and the questions we had.She definitely cares and stays on top of things it was a smooth process for my mother .

  After everything I’ve been through at my last complex, I’m grateful to find Austell Village and meet Ms.Tenisha, the manager! Not only was she welcoming but she ensured to properly handle my paperwork, throughly went through all leasing procedures, and was understanding of my personal situations. Tensiha was considered and has a very kind spirit! Tensiha made sure to let me inspect my apartment first before I paid for it, most apartment don’t do that.

  I love my apartment. Mrs. Tanisha is so helpful and sweet. It’s so quiet and clean.
