Lived here for 2 years so far and love it. The view of the pool , pool itself, and quality of the property is better than anything i looked at in the area. Its also the first apartment community ive ever lived where the staff (Sarah especially) has always gone above and beyond to help me even if its not something thats necessarily their job. I love it here and im staying for the foreseeable future!
Convenient location, beautiful property, and friendly staff. Close enough to downtown, north Augusta, and shops.
I’m honestly so glad I chose this community. The location is super convenient, and while there is a train nearby, it’s something you quickly get used to …it’s never been disruptive to my daily life or sleep.
The apartments themselves are modern, clean, and well-designed. The amenities are a huge plus, and what stands out even more is how well they’re maintained. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed something looked at, it’s been handled quickly and professionally.
I also want to highlight Sarah and Stephanie in the leasing office! They are AMAZING. Both are incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely care about the residents. They go out of their way to make sure everything runs smoothly and that you feel heard and taken care of. It really makes a difference having management like that. Not to mention they plan the BEST events for the residents.
Any issues with pests (mainly wasps) are taken care of almost immediately and the property is kept very clean. The community feels safe, and the environment is welcoming and peaceful.
Overall, this has been a great place to live. If you’re looking for a well-kept, professionally managed, and comfortable community, I highly recommend it!

I’ve had a really positive experience living at Millhouse Station. The community is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The apartments themselves are spacious and comfortable, and the overall environment feels safe and quiet.
One of the highlights has definitely been the management especially the property manager, Stephanie Sherman. She is professional, kind, and always willing to help, which really makes a difference in the overall experience.
The staff has been friendly and helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance, and maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. I also appreciate the convenient location, it’s close to everything you need while still feeling peaceful.
Overall, Millhouse Station is a great place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice apartment community in Augusta.
Here's my objective review:
The absolute worst thing in this apartment complex is the train. Do not expect to live in peace; it will wake you up multiple times at night. This complex is right on the train track, and it is REALLY loud. Not only that, the entire apartment shakes when the train passes by, and it passes by more than 10 times a day.
Expensive for nothing: you can find much better apartment complexes than those of Pegasus that are overpriced and always built on train tracks (obviously because land is cheaper so they can make more profit on the cost of your sanity).
Modern apartment with good amenities; however, management is really bad at maintaining them, i.e., If something malfunctions, don't anticipate its repair before your lease ends.
Cockroach infestation: Although the apartment may seem new, there is a serious pest issue, a lot of cockroaches in the kitchen areas and bedrooms.
One of the two leasing office ladies is extremely rude and unprofessional; I'm not gonna mention her name, but know that one of the two is awful, and the other one is nice.
Safety: They advertise it as a gated area; still, the gate is not working and left open more than half the time. Don't believe me? Check for yourself.
There were multiple instances of homeless wandering in the complex and inside the buildings.
Thin walls: lots of noise from the neighbors, and it's not a problem with bad neighbors; a tiny footstep will wake you up. Plus, the walls are so thin that when you wake up in the morning, the sun will literally grill you, no trees or sun protection.
