  I love it, great grill and outdoor area. Staff is always nice and wanting to help in any way. Foosball table it always a blast!

  My experience with MacArthur Park Apartments has been extremely frustrating. There have been excessive fees with little to no explanation, and the utility charges increased by over 3,000%, which is absolutely unreasonable. I was also double charged, making the billing issues even worse. On top of that, it is very difficult to get ahold of office personnel when you need answers or help resolving problems. The noise from loud neighbors only adds to the poor living experience. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for clear communication, fair billing, or a peaceful place to live.

  Have lived here for 3 months. There is garbage, glass, etc. all over the parking lot that does not get picked up. The pet waste bins overflow and do not get emptied regularly. The dog park is always covered in feces and trash that does not get cleaned regularly. There is stomping neighbors, loud music at all hours, and no one enforces any of these policies you pay extra to have. The apartment maintenance staff is HORRIBLE they are a joke. They do not know how to fix things beyond patchwork short fixes, and have 0 autonomy when it comes to figuring out an issue. The rent here is TOO high for all of the above to be DAILY problems.

  I can’t say enough great things about my apartment here! The amenities are top-notch—there’s a beautiful pool, a well-equipped gym, and even a cozy lounge space where residents gather. They host regular events, which make the community feel so welcoming and fun. The maintenance team is phenomenal—they’re quick, kind, and always on top of things. As a pet parent, I especially love the dog park—it’s huge, well-maintained, and they even have pet-friendly events! Overall, this place is just amazing—I couldn’t be happier living here!

  Great neighborhood with great amenities. The maintenance team is respectful and knowledgeable, they always come out in a timely manner and do great work. The clubhouse is clean, serene and offers complimentary coffee and tea. My favorite amenity is definitely the pool. We love living at Macarthur Park! My only complaint is that there is often dog waste and litter scattered around the property, but this is a resident issue as the staff does make an effort to pick up trash and keep the premises as clean as possible.
