  After being here for over 5 years; my time has come to say goodbye. Of course, things were not perfect and I can admit that I have not been a perfect tenant; however, this company has worked with me and I appreciate and respect you all. Maintenance has always responded very quickly. The front office is busy with every other person that has an issue, so it may take a little time for them to respond to you. In the meantime, enjoy the beautiful scenery, restaurant, pool and tennis court. Unfortunately, some people targeted this area and caused it to have some concerns but the front office personnel updated us and made sure that we are aware of what has occurred in the community. For new applicants; just make a note of the issues that others are complaining about and address them when applying for the apartment/townhome. For me, I’m grateful for the opportunity to have lived in such a quiet and beautiful place. -K. Victory

  I recently toured the property and had a really pleasant experience. During my visit, Samiria and Abagail were very welcoming and helpful. They answered my questions and made the tour feel comfortable and informative. I also wanted to mention that I had a friend who lived here last year and she absolutely loved it. She always talked about how smooth her move-in and move-out process was. I even came by to help her when she was moving, and the staff were very pleasant and helpful during the whole process. I remember Vic, Billy, and Samiria specifically because they assisted with her move and made everything go smoothly. It’s always a good sign when staff are professional!

  Perfect place for me and my family. Super quiet you actually feel safe letting your kids go outside and play. The maintenance here is spot on it’s usually same day fixing and I couldn’t be more appreciative. We have the best scenery on the hill we can see everything from where we are. They communicate with you so well if there’s anything going on. This place is literally a hidden Gem in Augusta and I’m so glad we get to call it our home❤️

  I’m going to try to make this the post positive review. I loved living here, move in process was simple and I liked that it was tucked away. However, I had many issues with the women living in apt. 816 and got multiple police reports and I even moved to a different unit but she continued to harass me. The officer will not put her out despite her pouring liquids on my car and letter her dog snap at my ankles while I was out running in the community. Maintenance is very good here but the office is horrible. That lady Samiria is nice until it’s time for you to move out. It’s an easy process to move in but horrible to move out. They tried to double charge me for fees upon move out. Samiria was super rude and passive aggressive and takes forever to get back to you. They also have a lot of car break ins and will send you a text to lock your cars mutiple times. I loved the community and how it looked like a resort but it alwayssssss smells like weed in every corner of the community. Roads are horrible. Also the AC unit is SO LOUD that you really can’t have a conversation.
