  Just came from a tour with Symphanie as our agent and she was just simply amazing overall!! She explained everything we needed to know very clearly and thoroughly. The complex here is very beautiful and the unit is amazing! Definitely did not miss! If you’re thinking of moving here please ask for Symphonie! She will not disappoint! 🤗

  **THIS REVIEW IS ONLY ABOUT OUR VIEWING EXPERIENCE ** My husband and I visited these apartments not too long ago and Symphanie was the leasing agent on duty. She was very thorough and transparent which made this apartment visit very pleasant. She answered all of our questions which made us more confident in considering this property. If you go, ask for Symphanie 🤗

  My experience touring this complex was great! Mrs. Symphonie was very nice and attentive! She was also very helpful and knowlegdable. She does her best to help you anyway she can!

  My mom and I have been to visit several apartments in the area and the staff at The Estates at Perimeter was by far the best. Symphanie and Erin made us feel as if this is our next home. Symphanie was thorough, pleasant, bubbly, professional and genuinely cared to ensure our moving experience was welcoming. Erin was great as well. She was professional and took the time out to speak with my mom and I as well. I would DEFINITELY recommend speaking with any of them for your rental experience at Perimeter. Also, we have came to this property several times and Symphanie didn't change her attitude or persona about herself. She just took us in with open arms. Therefore, we ended up renting here.
