  It's difficult to find a good place to live with better people running it. West Park Townhomes meets both of those. The property is well maintained. And the staff is second to none. Alexis and B are the most attentive leasing agents I've ever dealt with. Thank you both for helping me get approved. And your attention to detail since I've moved in makes me extremely comfortable with my decision to live here. You guys are AWESOME!!!

  I had an amazing experience at this office! The staff is professional, welcoming, and truly cares about helping their clients. Brandon and Alexis are especially wonderful they are both very knowledgeable, patient, and always go above and beyond to make sure everything is handled smoothly. Their positive attitudes and willingness to help made the whole process stress-free. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for great stay services and genuinely helpful people!

  West Park has been an incredible place to live. We’ve been here for over a year, moving in before all of the homes were even completed. Our move happened quickly after we were displaced from our previous home due to the hurricane, and during that time the staff was supportive and understanding. While there was some back and forth initially, everything improved significantly after the transition to the current property management team, and it has only continued to get better since. The current staff is attentive, responsive, and genuinely goes above and beyond to ensure this is a welcoming and safe community. They take complaints seriously, listen to residents, and follow through, which truly makes a difference. I’ve seen a few recent posts about wildlife being spotted near homes, which feels a bit surprising to me. Less than three years ago, this area was entirely wooded, and many animals were displaced both by development and the hurricane. Seeing wildlife outside from time to time is not unusual given the location, and I have most definitely not spotted any rats. There have been many possums though. That said, we have had zero issues with pests inside our home. The amenities are consistently well maintained. The gym is always spotless, the pool is open year-round for hot summer days and winter cold plunges, and the community is very pet-friendly. There is a dog wash station on-site, along with dog waste receptacles and bags conveniently located throughout the property. Valet trash service is also included, which adds to the ease of daily living. Another standout is their move-in policy, there is no security deposit or last month’s rent required. You only pay for the month you’re moving into, which is incredibly uncommon in today’s rental market. The pricing reflects strong market value, and all utilities except electric are included in the rent, which adds even more value. Any billing concerns I’ve seen discussed seem more likely to stem from misunderstandings of charges rather than issues with management. We love living here so much that this year we also opened a corporate lease with West Park for our employees. They’ve had a great experience as well. I can confidently say this is an experience unlike any other in Augusta, and we’re truly happy to call this place home.

  Very nice neighborhood I wish I would have thought about all the woods around us before moving in lots of deers & coyotes out here. A rat got in my house & was informed that pest control doesn’t cover rodents…. In the middle of the woods ??? So basically I have to call an exterminator myself . They called maintenance out to get put sticky pads down a day later.. I guess that helps ? 😭 they also told me that’s what they would do if it was a snake as well so just something to be aware of. UPDATE : tried to warn the neighbors on the app there are deers & coyotes & a rat got in so be careful they rejected it ! Weird…. This the kind of place yall running ?? Do better ! UPDATE: So I ended up paying for my own exterminator & told me they could not reimburse me for an exterminator. But I did get an note on my door about my trash can being left out I guess that’s more important.

  My fiancé and I have been here for almost a month a love the neighborhood! Love the area and it’s pretty quiet; no complaints so far. The move in process was very easy with the help of Alexis Stahl on the property management team so big shout out to her! She was very sweet and answered all of our questions without any hesitation. Upon moving in we did have a problem, but Alexis and Brandon worked even after hours to get it resolved quickly!
