  I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. Bailey, the leasing manager, has been extremely helpful throughout my time here—always responsive, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile. The community itself is very quiet and peaceful, and the location is super convenient for everything I need. Overall, I don’t have any complaints and would highly recommend living here.

  Moved here April of 2024 and by far the smoothest place to live. Its quiet, people mind their business but also speek. Alot of community events that I like. We had maybe two car breaks in but you cant help stupid. All in all its a lovely space. Maintence respond so fast to problems and leave notes that they completed it. Theres also not alot of kids running around. Its a very adult place to be

  I’ve had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with the property management at this location. The staff — particularly Bailey — have been consistently rude, unprofessional, and insensitive. Instead of treating tenant concerns with respect, they make issues personal when you file complaints. I experienced a loss of income and found a legitimate way to have my rent paid up for six months. Rather than being supportive, management reacted negatively, showing little care for tenants’ well-being. Bailey even discussed my personal financial situation loudly in the office, which was not only unprofessional but also a clear violation of my privacy. She openly stated that because the rental assistance program had been featured in the news, she didn’t want to help other tenants access it. That kind of attitude is unacceptable — helping tenants find ways to stay housed should be a priority, not an inconvenience. This property does not prioritize residents’ needs or privacy, and I would not recommend living here.
