  Nobody EVER answered the phone. Nobody is EVER at the leasing office. I honestly don’t even know why a leasing office even exists because no one is ever available. Had to hand write a work order because no one was answering my calls or returns my messages and the online portal is a joke. If you’re in need of 4 walls to lay your head this is the place for you. Anything beyond that you’ll be disappointed, 100% guaranteed. And best believe those 4 walls are VERY thin.

  I had an appointment scheduled for a toor today, but the office was closed. Unfortunately, it ended up being a waste of time.

  My stay at Sage creek was for the most part a good one. Moved there in 2019 just moved out in 23.. the staff there was awesome Kristina, Kristy and Josh were awesome and really good ppl who did everything they could to resolve issues whenever I had them and very professional. Overall the majority of my neighbors there were good people too I got along with almost every neighbor that ever lived in my building throughout my stay there. The units themselves were a really nice upgrade for me and my family!!! I personally enjoyed my stay there again the staff there will take good care of you!!

  We made an appointment to tour at 5 and nobody was there (office hours say 5:30 so they just went home early and never answered/called back ). Big red flag that the only people to contact for maintenance and other issues leave at 4 and don’t respond. Wont be renting here

  Do yourself a favor, don’t live here. The property manager is very unprofessional. The place is constantly covered in trash. If you forget to lock your car one time, you can count on it getting ransacked. Anybody can easily come & go. They leave the door to the gate open at all times for school children, but they can at least lock it at night. The pool was closed the entire time I lived there and rent remained the same. Meanwhile, my new apartment’s pool has been open for months. You can find much better quality of living for the money than this dump.
