  My son and his fiancé have lived at this property for years now, while going to school at AU. The property and amenities may be nice but pray that you do not need the office for anything. On several occasions there would be issues with the apartment and it would take days for them to acknowledge it. As for recently, I have been trying to reach the office for a week now because even though their lease has came to an end, and they needed an additional 2 months before they transfer, I was ASSURED this was ok because I had discussed this before I signed the yearly extension to begin with. I have emailed and/or called EVERY DAY, for 5 days straight with absolutely no communication. When there is a complex involved and many many tenants, you would think their attention would be more detailed when it comes to office personnel. The worse place as far as communication goes. Yet, here I am being charged an additional $300 month to month fee, and now $150 late charge because they do not care to communicate. Hopefully someone pays attention to these reviews and will reach out to me in a reasonable time since nothing else works with this office personnel.

  One of the worst apartments I’ve lived at. It’s in a terrible location in Augusta (safety-wise) and is right next to train tracks. Have had multiple instances where other tenants walk their dogs off-leash, refuse to clean up after their pet, or are loud and disruptive and management rarely ever did anything about it. There’s nothing special about the apartments themselves, and like any corporately-owned complex, they’ll nickel and dime you past what they charge for monthly rent. Ask their leasing manager how many of their tenants renew their lease at the end of the first year and I imagine it would be wildly low.

  LOVE Millhouse Station! Staff is so kind, both stephanie and sarah are always responsive and has made our stay here awesome. Super safe, clean, and great amenities that are always taken care of. Could not recommend this place more especially for a student or someone who wants a nice quiet place for their family!
