This was by far the smoothest evolution I’ve ever experienced when moving into a new apartment. The maintenance crew deserves a special thanks for their hard work and efficient work .A special thank you also goes out to Taylor and Latisha, for working with me and my tight schedule , the effort and patience they showed was unbelievable . They took what I thought was going to be a stressful situation and turned it into the smoothest move ever . It is with great confidence and with a very high degree of enthusiasm that I recommend them and this place to anyone looking for an apartment.

I was the first person to move into the apartment, and I was pleasantly surprised to have not only a washer and dryer but an entire laundry room. My area of the complex is quiet, the residents in my building are friendly, and I’ve never had any issues coming in late or leaving before dawn with my toddler. There have been a few incidents, but nothing that changed my mind about living here. Overall, it’s been a pleasure. Also, Carl from maintenance is phenomenal!
- TPT PSep 23, 20251.0When I first moved here they use to answer the phone NOW it’s impossible to get someone to answer the phone. It’s crazy because what if someone wants to rent???? If this was my experience in the beginning I would’ve went somewhere else. I’m not leaving a voicemail to rent , clearly you’re not about business. Then when you text them they ignore your text. The office is not busy any time I pass by it’s either empty or has one person in there looking to rent. Like come on now. Do better.
