She answered all my questions thoroughly, and if I hadn't been approved at another sister property (ATC) I would have leased here. Helena Springs stayed in my top two choices because they're (Jaime) knowledgeable and know how to take care of busy (stressed out due to move) future tenants. Thank you again

To my surprise, the lady in the video, Cymone, was the same person who gave me a tour. She was so professional, nice, down to earth and very knowledgable.. She made the process so easy. She even took me around on a second tour when the apartment I selected was available to view before I signed my lease. Carla thanks you Cymone. Also, my pet peeve is the cleanliness of the grounds. It tells me a lot about how the apartments are kept up. The grounds at Helena Springs are so clean. The only negative is that I wish I had chosen an upstairs apartment.
