  I genuinely enjoyed living here. The complex is a friendly community with reliable units & basic amenities. I also love the location is hidden, quiet. Not to mention a great office, and maintenance team. Anytime I had questions, comments or concerns, Cymone and Reece were always happy to help. The team here made my stay as great as it could possibly be, grateful. ❤️ Now a moment to especially recognize my leasing agent Reece! (my go-to guy for anything on the property really - very attentive and skillful) From start to finish, my experience with Reece was nothing short of exceptional; making sure to checkmark every box, every time… he proves to be an experienced professional! Not only was his deep knowledge of the property & leasing process comforting, but the attention to small details immediately set Helena Springs apart from the other 5 apartments I toured. Every interaction was handled with efficiency, & genuine friendliness. Seriously, Reece made what can often be a stressful process feel SEAMLESS. Starting with an easy and informative property tour, onto the application and approval process; everything was smooth and well-communicated. More importantly, both move-in and residency were managed with consistent care & responsiveness. Even the move-out experience was handled with the same level of clarity & respect. It’s rare to encounter outstanding customer service at every stage, especially in today’s climate. I am happy to acknowledge Reece Powell in this review, he truly exemplifies excellence in his role.   We recently moved into this community and it’s been a great experience. Our townhome is spacious and looks amazing, and the amenities make it even better. Big shoutout to Reece Powell for being so responsive and helpful from start to finish. Everything during move-in went smoothly and we’ve had no issues so far. Really happy we chose this place!

  The entire move-in was great. The neighborhood is really reserved/quiet and peaceful. I wouldn't recommend this neighborhood to just anyone but only to someone who likes quietness just like everyone here. I have 0 kids and I am also a really busy business owner, such a perfect fit.

  I enjoy being a resident at Helena Springs because the complex is a quiet and calm environment. Everyone is nice and friendly and the front office employees are very professional and always notifying when us on any updates, concerns/problems, and events that are going on or happening in the complex. Definitely recommend anyone staying here at Helena Springs.

  We had a great experience living here for six months. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly, move-in was a piece of cake, and they have addressed all needs. The only advice I would give is to be more stern about towing vehicles that are not in visitor parking. Everything is clean and well-maintained. Never had a bad experience or felt unsafe.
