  My experience being a first time renter here at the Estates at Perimeter was amazing. My leasing agent symphanie was amazing when it comes to the overall experience. She helped me make this place feel like home for me and my family. She is professional and very knowledgeable and friendly and I appreciate her.

  The outer esthetics is good that’s about it. These are over priced. From day one back in 2022 when I first moved there it was an unorganized mess due to lack of communication. They gave me the wrong keys & no mailbox key.I swapped from a top to a bottom. The apartment was flooding with water, AC, blinds broken , full of roaches, door key didn’t work & smelled like pet urine. Erin who is a nice lady the manager replaced the floors. Although the maintenance manager had an attitude and was very nasty because my apartment was flooding with my stuff in it because the AC was broken. The places a mobile unit in our apartment . They allow excessive amounts of trash & filth to just lay around the property & breeze ways. When you report things they make excuses for other residents behavior. For almost $2000 a month you do not want to live like your in a projects housing development. Pool isn’t year round because they neglect it until spring & let the residents tear it up & wait to fix it then summer is over. The residents will take your packages if left on the floor of the locker room. Lastly Angela she really don’t care about nothing. There is no accountability as a manager. She will give you basic answers & minimum communication on things. Deal with Erin If you need something done. Would I live here again NO probably not. Maybe under more accountable staff. Because 1 person can not be the only one to be reliable.
