The numbers on the loan constantly change & even though I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt & still purchased after our seller was fired due to stealing customers personal info, I should have noticed the "red flags". Bought a brand new home that within just one month of living in, I had major issues. It takes awhile to get a response on getting something fixed, usually having to follow up with them instead. Right at the last few months of the end of the 1 yr. warranty, they really procrastinated on getting things done. Needless to say, now I'm having to report to the housing authority & factory with issues such as black mold, my floor caving in, plumbing issues, & that's just to name a few. Luckily I have alot of proof, pictures, & emails. Do your research before purchasing! It's all over the internet of how horrible this brand is, along with this location. Just wish I would have known in the beginning all that I know now!

One of the employees walking around the parking lot actually bent down to pretend to fix a light so he wouldn't have to make eye contact with us. Very disappointing. Came there to spend money but none of the employees there seemed interested enough to take it. Thankfully there seem to be many other mobile home manufacturers in the Augusta, GA area so my family & I won't be forced to do business with folks who pretend their potential customers are invisible. Shameful.
