  Justin has been an AMAZING addition to the management team. I appreciate his attention to detail and his sense of urgency when dealing with tenant issues. My wife and I have been living in the Herrin Farms community since April 2025. We had a few issues that weren’t addressed by prior management. I spoke with Justin and those same issues that were lingering for months he addressed within the same week. We are very appreciative of him and the team for their quick response time on those issues.

  Last month I toured the model home and one of the semi available homes with Keba twice in one day. She kept assuring me that she would email me the application and information. That never happened, this woman is a liar and unprofessional. She judged me because of my income and never sent the application for me. I kept asking her in person for her email/contact information she kept deflecting to saying “I have your information and will you”. Don’t stop by and speak with her or tour the homes. The number on the website and voicemail, no ever answers nor call you back. You have been warned.

  Understand the dream was presented but lack trust and transparency. Agent Kebab just call me a liar due to what was promised. Please believe to get everything in writing due this agent will say I DOD NOT SAY THAT. I pay to much for rent and services are not rend and not acceptable. This location is not feasible for a fence due to the flood that come thur my yard and is not demographic where it is a lake coming thur the yard and being charged $150.00 for a wood fence. The leasing says one thing and retract everything she says. Please 🙏 make sure you get things in writing. As soon as this lease is up, I am out of here!

  Kebeh displayed exceptional customer service! She was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me get into my home within the very short time frame that I had available to me. Her dedication and support made the process smooth and stress-free. Also, the homes here at Herrin Farms are beautiful and the neighborhood is peaceful. I highly recommend!

  Beautiful homes and a beautiful peaceful location! Kebeh was so welcoming and knowledgeable during our tour of the homes. I definitely recommend visiting the property!
