  Update 1 DeShon called first thing Monday morning to take care of the welcome letter and lease agreement and answered all my questions. She was out for a few days. She was the one having us there for a tour and the tour was great besides the misunderstanding about how fast we could move in. After taking care of the welcome letter she got confronted with my bad review und called to check. I really apprechiate her checking in with me and trying to make sure that this can be a better experience from now on. Adding a star to my review for that and hoping to add more after the next few days with setteling into our new apartment. Btw: the rent amount got corrected to the initially agreed amount. ------------------------------------ Worst experience ever so far! Never had such a bad experience with an apartment rental. We're trying to move in to one of the apartments, but they just don't take care of anything. After being told at the tour that the apartment could be ready within 3-4 days, we applied on Monday for move in on Friday and uploaded all documents Monday evening. The approval company reminds you daily that the average time is 5 working days with an option to have it done in 1-3 days for $199 (!!!) - thats insane. After I did not hear anything about the next steps and how they work, I tried to reach out via email on Thursday lunch time, again Friday morning and again Friday lunch time after we got the approval (BTW we got another message about the fast process for $199 right before the approval was sent - don't fall for it). After I did not hear anything until 4pm I phoned the leasing office - had a really unpleasant phone call basically telling me how stupid I am thinking that we could move in that quickly. To be fair, she did apologize for the misunderstanding that we had here with her colleague. Have been told earliest would be Tuesday. After consulting with my partner I called again to tell them that we want to move in Tuesday. Lindsay told me that she would start working on the welcome letter and the lease agreement right away and if I don't get it until 6pm she would be taking care of it the next morning after 10am (the time she starts). Of course they immediately charged the $250 admin fee! I was waiting until 1pm on Saturday to call and ask for status as we would like to organize movers, GP, wifi, etc. - l was told they had a busy morning with tours and I'll have it until 5pm. It is now 6:30pm, I haven't heard anything nor received a Welcome letter or lease agreement and the office is closed tomorrow. We still don't know if we can move in on Tuesday, don't know what to tell the movers or how to organize everything. And additionally, in the quote in their system the rent went up $6 per month with the new move in date - I know $6 is not that much, but we haven't been told that this could be the case nor did we cause the later move in date. Hope it'll change back to the rent that we applied for. I hope this all turns out to be a bad start for a good time there but so far we're not in a good mood to move there to say the least. But we already had to pay $500 for approval and admin - what did we pay the money for when noone is taking care of the admin part for our move in? Happy to change the review to a better one as soon as our experience with them get better.

  I love these apartments! The location and amenities are great. Any time we ever had a problem or questions, the staff made sure that we were well taken care of, especially Omarra. If we hadn't moved for work, we would still be there!
