  A little over a month ago, my mother and I had the pleasure of touring the property with Erick, and I felt compelled to share just how exceptional that experience was. From the very beginning, Erick was warm, gracious, and remarkably knowledgeable - not only about the property itself, but about its history and the character of the community it represents. His insight and storytelling brought the entire place to life in a way that went far beyond a typical tour. What stood out most was Erick’s genuine attentiveness. He was thoughtful, perceptive, and sincerely invested in understanding my mother’s needs throughout her home search. That level of care makes all the difference. When you are searching for a home, you’re not only evaluating the space - you’re also taking note of the people who steward it and shape the experience of living there. Erick embodies that role beautifully. He is engaging, personable, and deeply professional, creating an atmosphere that feels both welcoming and reassuring. It was clear that he takes great pride in the property and in the people he serves. Five stars, without hesitation. Erick is truly one of a kind.

  The apartments and scenery were beautiful!!! And Beth was amazing as a tour guide!!! If you ever tour these apartments, ask for her :)

  The older apartments are a little dark, they could put windows on the end units in the den to make it brighter. The grounds are absolutely amazing. Right on the chattahochee with the most beautiful green lush field and the trees are well groomed. My son lives there and said they are constantly grooming and mowing and take very well care of rhe grounds. They have an amazing community garden. I could sit out at the river on that lawn all day. Love that place.

  Unprofessional staff. Came to take pictures for fun. Some older lady came said “no professional photographer” allowed even if your a resident. Mind you they do not own the river behind the apartments. No residents were in the photos and photos were taken on iPhone which isn’t “professional photography”. Very disappointed in the staff for the way they handled things. I have came before and no one said anything about the policy on photos.
