  I was supposed to put in my review weeks ago, but a man by the name of Jarvis came and removed a old refrigerator that I had problems with and had it replaced the morning after I put in my work order and I kinda waited it out to ensure it worked properly and it did not disappoint. Thanks Jarvis your the best 😊

  Jarvis Carter is the newest member of the maintenance team and you couldn’t tell he hasn’t been here for years. Mr Carter was more than helpful, he is also respectful kind generous really all the above. Seems like soon as I put in my maintenance request he ended up at my door like a genie, I needed some light fixtures replace and a couple of other things around my place and he came and made sure to get it done quickly and efficiently but also let me touch everything he did and sorta walked me through what may have been wrong or could have occurred. He’s an awesome addition to the team and I pray you guys keep him. We need more men like him.

  I am not a resident but I over heard a conversation between a resident and an office staff not sure what position she holds (very short lady with super long locs). The guy look at her and laugh then said new management aint got money to pay ppl to clean. Her answer was epic. She said 'you live here and I work here it's both our responsibility to keep our surroundings clean.' Her mannerism touched me it was so genuine and humble no attitude just love and compassion she left him speechless.
