    The experience that we had here when looking for an apartment was AMAZING. Firstly, we were looking at other apartments and this one kind of fell in our lap. We walked in with no appointment, and Shay greeted us and kindly gave us a tour! She was so good with my kids, and definitely made us feel welcomed. (They even gave me an office space to myself to nurse my baby before we left!) Nadia was just as amazing. She chatted with me when I was waiting for my ride just about life and kids. It really made me feel like this was going to be the perfect place for us! The application process was smooth and FREE to apply which was amazing. They went above and beyond for us during this process. Always answering questions and really having our best interest. Once we moved in, they were so welcoming and kind. I even had flowers on the counter! It was really an amazing experience and I am so thankful we accidentally found this place to call home!

    Note that I’m not a resident yet, but I wanted to share my tour experience. I called in to ask if I could show up an hour early and they were very accommodating. The complex itself looked clean and quiet, with many people outside walking dogs and such - usually a good sign. I met with Juliet, who was super nice, personable and professional. She walked me around the complex to show the available 1 and 2 bedroom apartments as well as the amenities, all of which looked nice. She was able to answer all of my questions and, through our conversation, it seems like they take good care of their residents. It sounds like they have a low turnover rate in both tenants and staff, which was good to hear. They advertise a 48-hour maintenance guarantee which states that “We’ll fix routine service requests within 2 business days. If we don’t, we’ll gladly compensate you with free rent.” I know that for most complexes, there’s no way to know how maintenance will be until you’ve moved in and something breaks - so that guarantee is encouraging, assuming they hold to it. Overall, it was a great experience and was probably the only complex that I actually felt good about, of the 4-5 I’ve toured in the past few days. If I end up living here, I’ll update this review to include my thoughts after some time.

    We haven't lived at Tuscany at Lindbergh for 10 years but they insist on holding on to our personal information! Myself AND my husband have contacted them numerous times but we are ignored. There's no telling how many of their staff over the past decade has had access to our personal information! Do not give these people your information. They will keep it forever! Our only option now is to warn others and take legal action. They refuse to delete our information after TEN YEARS! Don't let apartments like these make you think they are allowed to hold on to your information forever because they are not!

    I had a great experience with Marley in the leasing office. She’s friendly, kind and always willing to lend a helping hand whenever I needed something. She made my transition smooth. You can tell she loves her job.
