- BDBianca DJan 17, 20263.0The apartment homes have potential but they are very old and not worth the price. You can hear EVERYTHING! I mean everything from your upstairs neighbors to people going inside the building up the stairs. If the property would invest in insulation it would be a great space to live in. The dogs! Ugh that’s the worst part. People allow dogs to run around all day. Cigarettes and weed are smoked on the property. I find cigarette butts on the front porch too often. It’s very spacious but the upkeep is lacking. There’s always a mildew smell coming from the pipes and the hallway for the mailbox smells like urine, carpet in that hall is disgusting. The old management was great with the property and upkeep. Although they left the front lawn landscaping disastrous. I usually hate management turnover but I’m looking forward to the time where a new company will take over. We all know it’s coming , it’s Atlanta.

He was wonderful. He fixed EVERY REQUEST, six outstanding issues, all at the same time. He was very efficient, polite, professional, thourough, and quick. I wished he worked here full time, maybe things would actually get done.
