- OLO Langham4 days ago2.0My experience with the property manager, Tamika, was very unprofessional. I took accountability for a one time situation involving my 3 year old child, but instead of a respectful conversation, I was interrupted, judged based on assumptions, and not allowed to explain. She hung up on me when I told her that I didn’t want to go back in forth with her. I completely understand the importance of maintaining community standards and have already acknowledged my role as a parent. However, respectful and professional communication should go both ways. I hope management can improve how concerns are handled so residents feel heard and treated fairly.
