  This is a beautiful apartment complex, and honestly, it would probably be fully rented if management improved their communication. Unfortunately, they rely heavily on AI responses, but AI can’t return phone calls or answer real-time questions. I was genuinely interested in moving in today and just needed a simple question answered but no one ever picked up the phone or returned my calls since they have opened. That’s extremely frustrating when you’re ready to make a decision on the spot. If you’re considering living here, your best bet is to physically go to the property, because calling doesn’t seem to get you anywhere. It’s disappointing, because the building itself has so much potential but lack of human communication is a major drawback.

  Move in experience was easy as well as applying. David is amazing and was pretty much on top of my lease. I did read past reviews but that hasn’t been my experience at all. But they were and are still new but i can tell serious improvement has happened. Now into the apartment details as a interior designer lover they spent time on every inch seriously. Outlets placed anywhere you could need them and styled beautifully, the towel notchs instead of the long ugly bar on the wall? Chefs kiss! And the kitchen under lights that you can turn on and off. My apartment is beautiful and the leasing office is so sweet and helpful. Shout out to David mainly and the front desk ladys <3

  The staff was very nice helpful and informative . Dante did a great job of selling me on this neighborhood I encourage anyone making a move to Atlanta to give them a look

  I had a very disappointing experience applying to live at The Mitchell, mainly due to extremely poor communication and lack of follow-through from the leasing team. I toured the property on December 26 and initially had a positive impression of the building itself. However, my experience with my leasing agent, Dave, quickly became frustrating. After he sent me the lease information, I noticed the pricing listed was incorrect compared to what I had been quoted during my tour. I immediately reached out to clarify, but received no response for nearly two months. Eventually, I noticed the apartment price online had returned to the original rate that was quoted during my tour, so I went ahead and submitted my application on my own. Only then did Dave respond, apologizing for the delay and explaining that because I am a “preferred employee,” he needed to manually waive the admin and application fees. Unfortunately, that process alone took another two weeks. After my application was finally submitted, it was flagged due to a $522 rental collection that had already been removed from my credit report. I sent Dave documentation showing that it had already been cleared and asked if this could be addressed internally with his manager. He told me he would speak with management about resolving it in-office. Instead, he went on leave without any communication whatsoever—no notice that he would be out of the office, no update on my application, and no handoff to another team member to help resolve the issue. Because of the lack of action, I had to dispute the item directly with the screening company myself. After going through that process, they confirmed that everything was resolved and that I was approved. Despite all of this effort on my end, I have still not received any follow-up from the apartment complex regarding my approval or next steps. It has now been over a month, and my original move-in date was February 20. Due to the complete lack of communication and accountability throughout this process, I was essentially left in a position where I could have been left without housing. While the property itself appeared nice during the tour, the leasing experience has been extremely unprofessional and poorly managed. Clear communication is critical when people are planning where they are going to live, and unfortunately that was completely lacking here. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this community.
