  I recently toured The 500 Apartments and the community was great. I toured with Gianna S. and she was so pleasant. She showed me all the amenities at the property and the two bedroom room was so spacious for the price. This place is at the top of my list for sure.

  I would like to appreciate Gianna Smith for always being available, and courteous with excellent service. Whenever there’s an issue, she prompt and always tackles the problem immediately. Because of her, it makes my and others living conditions far better. I can truly say because of her welcoming personality and problem solving skills is the reason I have been there for three years.

  I am a resident of the 500 and I would recommend anyone to move in. Gianna has been a major help throughout my time here, making sure any issues that I have with anything are taken care of and with urgency! It makes the living experience here more pleasant and peaceful knowing that there’s people in the rental office that actually want to provide a good living experience for their tenants and not just an act to get people to move in. I have definitely made myself at home!

  I went to tour the community last week and the office was seemingly empty so I had a seat. After about 10 minutes, I began to walk around the office and noticed the Assistant Manager was in her office, scrolling her phone. I was never acknowledged let alone greeted or assisted. Very unprofessional and unsafe as the door chimed as I entered the office alerting the Assistant Manager that someone was in the office. She never looked up from her phone.
