  We had a wonderful experience building our new home with Pulte! From start to finish, the process was smooth and stress-free, thanks in large part to two standout team members. Jeff, our construction manager, was knowledgeable, communicative, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. Blaire, our sales representative, was equally impressive — friendly, helpful, and always on top of every detail. It’s clear that Pulte puts great people in place to support their buyers. We couldn’t be happier with our new home and highly recommend Pulte to anyone looking to build!

  We recently celebrated one year in our new construction home and couldn’t be happier. We’d like to sincerely thank Drew Hartman, Marco DiLeo, and Britta Callaway for their outstanding support throughout the entire process—from sales and design to construction and the final walk-through. They made the experience smooth and enjoyable, and we truly appreciate their hard work and dedication. Thank you again for helping us build a place we’re proud to call home.

  Diondre and Taylor were exceptional to work with throughout the entire process. They consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism, strong technical knowledge, and a clear passion for their work. Their communication and attention to detail helped ensure everything progressed smoothly and met expectations. I truly appreciate the effort they put in and the quality of the final product. They built a home that my family will grow into for years to come. I cannot say enough great things about them.

  Overall, our experience was very positive, thanks to the outstanding support from key members of the team. Dee, our sales consultant, was great to work with from the very beginning—knowledgeable, patient, and always available to guide us through the process and answer our questions. Nate, the construction manager, was excellent from start to finish—professional, responsive, and proactive in addressing any concerns along the way. He made the construction phase smooth and reassuring. Jessyca from the title company was also a pleasure to work with—very organized, communicative, and instrumental in keeping everything on track during closing. We also want to recognize Rachel, Travis, and Jasmine for stepping in and helping move things forward when it mattered most. Their responsiveness and effort made a significant difference in getting everything across the finish line. The only challenges we encountered were with Pulte Mortgage, primarily due to communication issues and delays, which created unnecessary stress as we approached closing. However, Pulte Corporate ultimately stepped in and was extremely helpful in resolving the situation. Their involvement helped push everything through and allowed us to successfully close on our home. In the end, we’re very happy with our new home and truly appreciate the efforts of everyone who helped make it happen.
