Terrible communication , I inquired about a property each person tells you something different, I don't see why owners would use them as a company to manage their properties
I am unable to locate the Google review for the Charlotte office, which is unfortunate given their communication issues. My manager, Morgan, has become less communicative over time. Initially, during the first year of renting this property, she was very responsive, but this has since declined. The turnover rate is alarmingly high, and when I encounter problems, she often ignores my messages. I had an issue with my bank and informed her, requesting assistance to avoid a fee. Despite my plea, she did not take any action and merely mentioned that someone would contact me, which never happened. I advise saving your money and considering another management company.

Do NOT rent from Northpoint. They do not take care of their tenants!
We have had an ongoing plumbing/flooding issue since February 23rd. We couldn't use our showers or run water in the faucets for more than a few minutes without water leaking from underneath the lower floor toilet.
They didn't attempt to have it fixed until the 28th and it was not permanently fixed. They also didn't do anything about the moldy sewage water that had seeped under the floorboards.
Second occurrence of flooding on March 10th - put in a maintenance request that day for it and they have not made any effort to fix the issue since then - 10 days later.
I cannot get anyone to proactively update me on this issue and we are going on 15 of the last 25 days without working plumbing. I've spent almost a dozen hours on the phone trying to get help this week and they either brush me off or they don't pick up at all.
Our lease is up at the end of the month so clearly they are just going to ride it out and let us live without working plumbing and with mold stinking up the place for almost a month because they already have my money.
TERRIBLE support that is pretty much in violation of the law here in GA, but they don't care!

There is never anyone to answer the phone at the office. Have had several different managers to the point I dont even know anymore who or how to contact someone. If it's a big need item that need to be fixed they will not fix it. I was told we are not fixing the issue it's too expensive. If the house is not in top shape when you move in, be cautious about moving in it.

Terrible I haven't received my refund I paid a Security Deposit, Maintenance fee,Administration Fee I was told that I wasn't approved for the Home I need my refund that I paid in full next will be Court if I don't get my money
