Shadareca was amazing during my visit! She was friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. She answered all my questions and really took her time showing me around. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find the right place. I really appreciated her kindness and professionalism!
I had a great experience touring the property with Shadareca. She was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without rushing the process. She made me feel comfortable and provided clear information about the community and leasing options. Her customer service really stood out and made the visit enjoyable. I would definitely recommend working with her if you’re considering this property.
Property is okay but very predatory with undisclosed fees — they wait until the 1st of the month to surprise you with fees that fluctuate from month to month. How am I paying over $150 in fees alone then an additional $70 dollars to pay with a debit card. Very predatory. I would have rented a house had I known I would be paying all of these fees. They didn’t even know I was moving in on move-in day. Ask plenty of questions before coming here to rent.
Believe it or not, this photo shows the buttons for the ONLY elevator connecting the parking garage to the apartment building! If you park on the 5th or 6th floor of the garage, you cannot use this only elevator. That means even if you’ve bought a lot of groceries, you have to carry your wagon up the stairs, and you cannot push a stroller home. If you live on the 6th floor, it’s an even bigger problem. A wheelchair? Needless to say, impossible.
The only alternative is to dangerously walk outside on the narrow parking ramp where cars are constantly driving by.
I waited because I assumed this issue would be fixed soon, but it feels like these buttons have been broken for over a month now, with no updates at all. I’m genuinely very frustrated.
I had scheduled a tour at 3pm but there was no one in the leasing office when I arrived. And when someone came in they were still helping someone else for over half an hour. I don’t see the point of scheduling a tour if I have to wait this long.
