  Lived here for 1 year, my car was safe in the parking lot and the side street is convenient for being able to drive north or south easily in an area of one ways. My utilities bills averaged around 80 dollars which is really high so beware that. Very safe area to walk around at night as a woman, plenty of fast food and nice restaurants in the area. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen well equipped, the living room comes with a smart TV which was great with friends over. Bathtub in the bathroom was a plus, free printing was easy to use, thermostat works, dryer takes multiple runs but otherwise in unit laundry is fine. Mattress is a dorm Mattress and a weird size (full XL), mattress topper heavily recommended. Maintenance responds quickly, also does unprompted check ins on occasion but is polite about it.

  The leasing team and office team are super nice when available. The public areas are great and are well maintained, moreso than any other housing I’ve stayed in. Gated parking as well!!

  I had a great time living at Kinetic the amenities were great and as well as the overall buildings. The leasing staff was amazing and always helped us out no matter what maintenance issues we had. Melanie in particular was amazing and everyone else was great

  I’ve honestly had a really positive experience with Kinetic Atlanta so far. What stood out to me first wasn’t even the amenities; it was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely kind, approachable, and actually helpful. Whether I had questions about leasing, the building, or just needed help figuring something out, they were patient and made the process feel easy instead of stressful. The space itself is really nice too. The apartments feel modern and clean, and the layouts are well thought out, especially the kitchens and common areas, which make it easy to relax or have friends over. The natural light and overall design give it a more upscale feel than most student housing. I also really like the location. Being so close to Georgia Tech makes getting around super convenient, and you’re right in the middle of Midtown, which has a great energy to it. The amenities are a nice bonus too; the gym, coffee bar, and especially the rooftop pool make it feel like there’s always something to do. Overall, it feels like a place that actually tries to take care of its residents. The friendly and helpful staff really make a difference, and it makes living here feel a lot more comfortable and welcoming.

  I’ve been a resident at Kinetic since the building first opened, and I’ve loved my entire stay here. Josh is always very helpful when I need assistance with anything. The package system is really easy to use, so I can always grab them late at night once classes are over. The resident events are great too, so I’ve gotten to know a lot of my fellow residents in the building. Even though the building is majority Georgia Tech, there is a very good mix of a lot of people so I feel very at home being an AUC student. Parking is assigned, so it is very easy for me to get back and forth to class being a commuter. The building is located right in the middle of the city, so I am not far from anything. I’ve never had any issues with safety since everything is locked and gated. I recommend it to anyone needing off-campus housing in Atlanta!
