So annoyed and upset to even write a review.
Hands down one of the worst apartments in Atlanta including people who work there, cleanliness, and everything else.
So many water leaking from upper apartment issues, insane roach issues, no one is helpful… awful man.. just know what you’re getting into.

Ac has been broken for over a month and they have no time line to fix it. Temp hits 85+ degrees and we only got a small portable ac for the living room. DON'T MOVE HERE

The staff has been amazing from the beginning of my moving process up to the day I move in. Mrs. Shay, Mrs. Pam, Mr. Charleston and all of management has made my living experience a wonderful experience. They smile every time I see them and they go out of their way to help. And before you think that I am just trying give a great review, let me tell you something, if you know me well enough you will know that I dont play about reviews. If you do something that I dont like, I will be the first to blow up bad reviews all day and night, all week and all year long.
Ibex has city view that I truly enjoy, the bus comes right up to apartment to pick up my kids, they have 24 hours security, plus marta police station is right next door, the subway is only a half a block, 5 star restaurant is only a block away, 24 hours gym, the residents are friendly man I can go on and on and on, but the bottom line is I love this place, and its a Buckhead area.

I’m a current resident, and my AC has been broken for over three weeks now, and all I keep hearing is parts have been ordered, with no real solution in sight. I wake up several times at night sweating profusely because of this, and the poor sleep is now affecting my body and performance. Meanwhile im expected to pay rent in full before the 3rd of next month.
If it were possible to put 0 stars I would.
This company (that will knock your damn door down to get rent 3 days after due) will do absolutely NO work for you in answering maintenance requests, responding to answers in a timely manner, or just plainly being honest.
I asked straight up one time what they were doing about the roach problem. They looked panicked. With any lapse in extermination services, and the temps warming back up again soon, it’s only going to get worse again. This building will need to be condemned.
Never live here. Under any circumstances.
And to management, who will definitely read this and copy and paste their canned response about being “sorry” and that I should reach out… I have. Many times. So shove it. Your actions will speak for you from here.
What I’m noticing is a problematic trend across metro Atlanta, where corporate leasing services build an apartment as cheap as possible, rent em out at market rate, quickly make their ROI, then stifle the quality of the apartment after a number of years with a reduced maintenance budget and general overall neglect.
Do not fall victim to this. Read reviews. Ask friends. Contact residents.
