    can’t wait until my lease ends. This is one of the worst apartment buildings in Buckhead. This place is poorly run. The elevators are constantly not working. The elevators, hallways, and garage are always dirty. On my floor, the hallways constantly smell like marijuana and cigarettes. Several of my neighbors and I have complained to management about this on many occasions. We even provided video evidence of the resident who is smoking, and nothing has been done about it, which is a violation of the lease. This is supposed to be a non-smoking apartment. The marijuana smell is so strong that it comes into my apartment on a daily basis. I will be filing a lawsuit against this apartment building. I would not recommend living here!

    Krista gave us an amazing tour yesterday. She was incredibly knowledgeable and well paced as we walked the property. If you are considering making the Gentry your home, I highly recommend you request Krista to make your tour and application process enjoyable! She’s a definite standout!

    I haven't stayed at the Gentry yet, but I called regarding an administrative issue and was met by Krista on the phone. Very kind, courteous and professional. There was some IT issue in the middle of our call and both the phone and PC went down. She called me back and apologized and we resumed our call. She needed to escalate an issue up to Management and informed me that I will be called back to have the matter addressed and resolved. It's good to talk to a real person who spoke to me like a client. Thanks Krista.

    This is the worst apartment building I have ever lived in! They finally got rid of the property manager, but the same issues still exist. I live on the 14th floor, and the hallway reeks of marijuana on a daily basis. What makes matters worse is that management and maintenance are aware of which apartment it’s coming from but refuse to do anything about it besides spraying air fresheners in the hallways, which only makes the smell worse. The apartment smoking marijuana is unit 1408, the end unit. The smell travels through the pipes into my apartment, and I am two doors down from them. I swear it smells like a Motel 6 on this floor. I have also provided video proof of them smoking, yet nothing has been done. This is supposed to be a non-smoking building, yet you can smell marijuana throughout. Do NOT move to the 14th floor!

    Unannounced Entry in Home, Uninhabitable Apartment, Missing Packages: I was a resident at Gentry for a little over a year and moved out about a week ago. I've had several issues while I've lived at Gentry and expressed these concerns with Kristina and Jordan (leasing management) in writing, by phone, and in person. They all have my contact information and have never reached out to find a mutual resolution. See pics attached of my apartment left uninhabitable for almost 1 month. My next door neighbors pipe burst a few months ago and water spread to my apartment, filling my carpet and several rooms with water. The leasing office had a third party vendor come in to pull my carpet up and dry the water, then the infested carpet was left pulled up and uncleaned in my bedroom for almost one month until I called to complain about it. For the entire month I was not able to sleep in my bedroom. I complained about it for weeks, among other issues I was having at the building, which are listed below. Then I received a letter under my door saying my lease would not be renewed. I asked in writing why it was not being renewed and received no reply to the question and no reason was given in my notice. A few of negative experiences I've had at Gentry and have shared with management are the following: 1. Apartment left infested and uninhabitable for 3-4 weeks 2. Unannounced entry into my home in non-emergency situations at least 3-4 times over the course of me living there for 1 year. Two of these times was 3rd party vendors (not members of the maintenance team) entering my home unannounced while was in my apartment. 3. Missing packages. I've even shown pictures from Amazon of my package delivered and sitting in the package room that only Gentry has the key to. The response I received from the leasing office was that they can't confirm that it arrived (even with the picture of it sitting in the room) and they are not responsible for the package. 4 Unprofessional conduct from the leasing team Over the course of my year living at Gentry, I have never been invited to speak about a mutual resolution for any of the issues listed above and have never received a follow up on how the issue was being resolved or improved.
