They replaced the office answering service with an AI assistant that tries to talk you through fixing the maintenance issues you call about, when that is what we are paying for the maintenance staff to do. I have had a ticket I opened since Tuesday, October 21, 2025 and the staff never came to address the issue and closed the ticket without fixing the problem. I have been without a dishwasher for 6 months because they claim to fix it, but it still doesn't work. I am stuck in this complex until May 2026, paying $1700 for a one bedroom that is slowly falling apart and the staff is not really doing anything about it.

Reduced leasing office hours, robots answering your call, landscaping (which was beautiful) is a mess, gates constantly out of service and fees everywhere. Avoid leasing here.
