    I really want to take a moment to recognize and appreciate Janae, our property manager. She has gone above and beyond for us, and it truly deserves to be acknowledged. We’ve been dealing with an ongoing issue in our apartment, and from the very beginning, Janae has been nothing but supportive, patient, and genuinely committed to helping us get it resolved. What stood out the most is how personable and kind she has been throughout the entire process. She never once made us feel like we were an inconvenience or just another task on her list. Instead, she took the time to listen, communicate clearly, and check in with us to make sure things were getting better. In a world where great customer service is becoming harder to find, Janae is a reminder that there are still people who truly care. Her professionalism, empathy, and dedication have made such a difference in our experience here. You can tell she takes pride in her job and genuinely wants residents to feel comfortable and taken care of.     Amazing property I’ve been living there for over four years and the new management team is great. Five stars. I recommend anybody moving into this property. I’ve been here for over five years and I’ve went to sleep countless times with my doors unlocked. I feel safe. Jenay and team are great

    They will steal your money and never answer the phone again. My bank is still trying to get in contact with this community due to them canceling my application after already being approved . I was PROMISED my $375 & now nobody including their corporate number is answering

    I’ve lived here for almost 3 years, and the staff has always been great — friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. But ever since the new AI systems were implemented, things have gone downhill. It’s almost impossible to reach an actual person by phone now because everything goes through an AI assistant that doesn’t actually help. The new payment system has also been a big issue — my roommate and I can’t make separate rent payments anymore, which has caused a lot of unnecessary hassle. Whenever something goes wrong, we end up having to go to the leasing office in person, only to be told they can’t fix it and that we need to go through the AI — which then just sends us back to them. It’s a frustrating loop. The on-site staff are wonderful and clearly doing their best, but this new AI system is making it really difficult for residents to get things done. I hope management reconsiders how it’s being used, because it’s made the whole experience here much more frustrating than it used to be.

    I stopped by SYNC at Vinings on Saturday without an appointment, and Anair — the Assistant Property Manager — still took the time to show me around. She was super welcoming, upbeat, and made me feel right at home from the start. Her energy and professionalism really stood out. The music playing in her office gave everything a comfortable vibe, and she patiently answered all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. You can tell she enjoys what she does and genuinely cares about helping people find the right place. If you’re thinking about checking out SYNC at Vinings, I definitely recommend asking for Anair. She made the whole experience smooth, friendly, and memorable.
