  I would not recommend this apartment complex or its management company. Staff frequently enter units without prior notice and do not leave any documentation that they were there, which is extremely concerning from a privacy and safety stand point and breaks their lease regulations. Management turnover is constant — the last three managers were never introduced to residents — and communication is virtually nonexistent. Amenities are unreliable; for example, the pool should be open but is suddenly chained off without warning, and the office is often closed unexpectedly, even during posted hours on weekends. Maintenance is also a major issue. Water service is shut off for extended periods, sometimes for days, with little or no advance notice or updates. This creates serious disruptions to daily living. Maintenance orders take weeks to be updated and aren’t taken care of. The gates are open 95% of the time. This allows packages to be stolen and even the gas from your car to be stolen. Overall, this property shows a consistent lack of professionalism, transparency, and respect for residents. Save your time, money, and energy and look elsewhere.

  We cannot say enough great things about Luz. We were placed in an extremely stressful situation when our apartment was not ready at the time our lease began. Moving is already overwhelming, and facing the uncertainty of whether we would be able to move in on time made it even more difficult. From the moment Luz stepped in, everything changed. She immediately took ownership of the situation and treated our concern as a priority. She coordinated quickly with multiple vendors, followed up persistently, and made sure the necessary work was completed as fast as possible. It was clear she was actively advocating for us behind the scenes and pushing to get everything finalized in time for our move. What stood out most was not just her efficiency, but her attitude. She remained pleasant, calm, and professional throughout the entire process. Even while managing vendor delays and time pressure, she communicated clearly, kept us updated, and reassured us every step of the way. Her composure helped ease our anxiety during what could have been a much worse experience. Luz demonstrated true professionalism, accountability, and dedication. She didn’t pass the responsibility off or make excuses she worked tirelessly to find solutions. That level of care and responsiveness is rare, and it genuinely made a difficult situation manageable for us. She absolutely deserves recognition for her hard work and commitment. Team members like Luz are a tremendous asset to any community, and based on our experience, she more than deserves a raise. Thank you, Luz, for going above and beyond for us!

  They never answer the phone. I've been calling about a issue I've been having due about 3 months and the issue has yet to be resolved. If you leave a message, they fish through the ones they decide to answer to. Poor management staff. I've been getting the run around since October.
