  Please don't move here. I had a wonderful first year here until May of 2025. They replaced the office answering service with an AI assistant that tries to talk you through fixing the maintenance issues you call about, when that is what we are paying for the maintenance staff to do. I have had a ticket I opened since Tuesday, October 21, 2025 and the staff never came to address the issue and closed the ticket without fixing the problem. I have been without a dishwasher for 6 months because they claim to fix it, but it still doesn't work. I am stuck in this complex until May 2026, paying $1700 for a one bedroom that is slowly falling apart and the staff is not really doing anything about it.

  I’ve been living here for 6 years now and since Willowest took over two years ago one message is clear: they care less and less about their residents. Reduced leasing office hours, robots answering your call, landscaping (which was beautiful) is a mess, gates constantly out of service and fees everywhere. Avoid leasing here.

  I wish I could put zero there is a Hispanic lady in the office attitude stinks very very rude refuse to help me kick me out the office because I asked why is she giving me an attitude told me get out if I want call the police but she’s not helping me so if you wanna spend your money an be treated like scum willow west vinings is the place for you

  Luz is FANTASTIC! I had issues with the previous management and when I came to Luz, she was beyond helpful. Luz made the apartment transfer a breeze and was attentive, responsive, and understanding. I suggest if you are considering moving here, talk with Luz.

  Well, where do I start moved in October 31 on Halloween everything was fine smooth moving in Jeany was the best. December 1 I noticed water leakage from upstairs into my downstairs bathroom, horrible I reached out to J ENAY about the concerns. I stated to her I wanted out of my lease she stated the problem will be fixed and asked that I work with them with this issue she was quick to reach back out to me and the issue had been resolved She did a great job and I’m still a resident here way to go Jeany( Community manager) side note she’s no longer the manger at this property I was promised a month free rent which they stated to me the problem had been fixed over 3 to 4 weeks that’s how long I had to wait on the second plumber also let me add I have mold NOW and the regional manager don’t care stated to me, there is nothing we can do because the problem is fixed after 3-4 weeks Run don’t come here!
