The unit experienced five floods, had a severe German roach infestation, active mold, and multiple unresolved maintenance issues. From day one, he reported these problems to the leasing agent and maintenance, as instructed. He did exactly what a tenant is supposed to do. When he finally spoke with the manager, instead of helping, she was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. She repeatedly claimed that “nobody told her” and implied the situation was his fault. It is not the tenant’s responsibility to chase down a manager when her own staff and maintenance team were already notified multiple times. Despite living with mold and roaches, he was forced to wait over two months just to be transferred to another unit. No urgency, no accountability, and zero empathy for someone living in unsafe conditions. This is a complete failure of management. Tenants deserve safe housing and basic respect, and this manager provided neither. I would strongly advise anyone considering living here to think twice.
