Absolutely not recommended.
The hallways and stairs are dirty, and there are frequent noise violations late at night. Neighbors bang on walls, and despite multiple reports to management, nothing has changed. Amenities such as the pool and gym are filthy and poorly maintained. Gardens and common areas are in terrible condition. Living here feels like living in a dump. Do not recommend this place at all.

This is a really nice community! While turn the property and the amenity space, I was very impressed. I especially love the gym. I work out daily, so that's a big plus for me. I had seen some reviews online mentioning that the pool was green, but as of today, during my tour, the pool looks great and clear. I'm happy to say that I'm very pleased with Willow West and Lindbergh. The staff is enthusiastic, friendly, and always willing to help whenever I walk through the door. Thank you

Overall it's worth the rent- that is as long as when you renew you make sure you're getting a current market value on similar apartments and you don't mind paying an extra $300 each month on water, sewer, garbage, and whatever else. The location is still pretty great, right on MARTA, and the city is trying to bring the beltline here, but there still is a homeless problem and the walk-able Kroger finally shut it doors after all the petty theft. The leasing office doesn't have enough staff to manage this huge complex, and they have recently started trying to incorporate AI. (Ick. Becky or whatever it's name is, does. not. help.) The two or three leasing office staff are great, but they are chronically swamped. They keep calm, but lines for the leasing office couches speak for themselves. About 25% of the gym equipment is broken or missing parts- but 75% is still passing and useful! The gas grills do actually work, even though a few are missing grates. Weekends and rando Monday nights get a little crazy at the clubhouse, but they are trying to tighten up security (this also means that at 9:25 PM ,a security officer is hovering us telling us to start to cleaning up a wedding after-gathering for a 10pm curfew, and also means long lines at the car entrance gates because cars are getting smashed with the gate). Cockroaches are a real and terrible nightmare. All sizes and shapes. No matter how much I clean or call the pest control to come spray, I have been forced to live with them. The Pest Control guy says its a problem with the whole building. YAY. They have also switched over to a new online payment system called Bilt which is just a giant advertising scheme that I am sure is also collecting and selling my personal data.
But all in all, I feel relatively safe walking around my complex, they have finally gotten us new mailboxes (after over a month of withholding our mail), the pools are nice in the summer, it's still pretty walk-able, and the value is still affordable for Atlanta if you fight tooth and nail. I do recommend this place to friends who are ok with a place that's a little rough around the edges.

I lived here for 2 years and it was a mixed bag. On one hand, my apartment was generally nice and the location too is very close to the Marta station. However, the structural problems in my apartment led to gaps in the doors and other places (which I let management know to no response) and other roach infestation in so many apartments. There were squatters in one of the apartments above me one time. Also, the police pretty frequently had to come in and stay in the parking lot because the gates kept breaking. I have seen homeless people come and go, and seen a handful of people get arrested. To be honest, the price is very high for all the stuff I had to deal with, and I’m happy to be gone. Please don’t live here.
