They refused to return our full refund on time, falsely claimed we overstayed despite returning the keys on time, and deducted a huge amount without justification. To make things worse, they still haven’t paid the two referral bonuses we earned, and completely ignored every single email I sent, including the correct address for the refund. This level of dishonesty, incompetence, and disrespect is unbelievable. Renting here is a massive waste of your money, time, and energy. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to deal with late payments, false charges, and zero accountability.
- DADa'Vanie AllenDec 19, 20255.0If you want to be taken care of come to the Willowest.The leasing office staff is the best I’ve ever encountered.The receptionist is always smiling and bubbly she recognized me from my voice when i came in to tour and gave me a hug.Shianti was literally on top of everything and every question I had she went above and beyond.Even the property manager was involved in my move in process insuring a package i had delivered before my move in was safe and secured!This was my first time moving out of state alone and It was smooth .I love my new place and I love my new leasing staff!100/10

She told me they were old reviews. I checked again, they were 4 weeke old. She asked me what building I was approved for. Girl, if you have to figure out which building I was approved for to ensure I dont have roaches, some of your buildings have roaches. Would not refund nor transfer my application fee to a sister property. Lost $300 while being gaslit about property cleanliness when they are literally being called the wild wild west on social media.
