  Good luck trying to sleep here. Fighting in parking lot. Red crap car revving its engine every night at midnight. Car Alarm going off from 1 am to 6 am.

  BEWARE!!!!!!!! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!! THIS WATERTON COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!! THEY TOOK MY $375 AND THE VERY FIRST PART TO ID YOURSELF IS THRU TRANSUNION. They asked me 4 security questions and then said I failed. I called transunion while in front of the agent. They said I can just send you another set of security questions just have them re send. THAT'S WHEN JAQUEES SAYS THEY WON'T ALLOW YOU TO MOVE FORWARD WITH THE APT BECAUSE THE REGIONAL MANAGER WON'T ALLOW YOU TO PROVE WHO YOU ARE. EVEN THE TRANSUNION REP WAS STUNNED THEY WOULDN'T RESEND SO I COULD PROVE WHO I AM. I WAS SUPPOSED TO MOVE THE NEXT DAY. SO NOT ONLY DID THEY INCONVENIENCE ME THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO ANY EMAILS!!!!!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. KITA IS A AGENT AS WELL AND NEITHER AGENT GAVE A DAM!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE OR WATERTON..................FEB 23 STILL NO REFUND NO EMAIL NO PHONE CALL!!!!! AI MUST BE RESPONDING TO REVIEWS...... MIND YOU THE REVIEW RECEIVED A REPLY FASTER THAN I HAVE!!!!!!!!!!! WHERE IS MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!

  The turnover is insane, from maintenance to office, once upon a time had a manager that cared... miss Rev she smelled great...Gen was sweet...happy that marel and hezekiah are still here...the big guy maintenance, lazy, something not right, seems like the resident in the 6000 bld has a lot of issues cause he's always there. Don't have too much longer to go till Im outta here

  This place is a scam! I spoke to them originally when it came down to applying I paid $375 to apply which they advised if I wasn’t accepted I would be partially refunded.. well as soon as I applied I wasn’t able to reach any one directly in the office.. no one would pick the phone up or return my call… I was notified by a default email that I was denied… this place is a joke! They won’t communicate with you. I’ve left numerous voice mails to try and understand why was I denied with a 720 credit score… these ppl have not answered there phone in over a month and have no responded to my emails request for my partial refund… I don’t live local and I had to send a friend up there just to follow up with my application… this place is a scam they just want appl money and don’t care about you !

  We’ve lived here since 2021 and mostly enjoyed the location and neighbors, but since June 2025 we’ve faced a persistent ant infestation in the 1000 building. While treatments sometimes helped, the ants always return—including a trail across our apartment when we came home from our a vacation in August, and another when we arrived home from our honeymoon in October. In our experience, ants emerge from electrical sockets, door frames, tiny ceiling holes, and gaps around windows and doors. We’ve spent about $1,400 replacing food, pet supplies, and buying pest-control products. We’ve also taken time off work to clean, sanitize, seal entry points, and protect our family’s health. We even had to remove indoor plants, which was especially unfortunate as many were gifts from friends and family over the years. Other patterns we’ve observed: - Gates are regularly out of service. - Trash bins around the property overflow for weeks before being replaced. - Water and sewer are allocated equally among units via a third-party biller, so we’ve paid $200+ even in months when we traveled and were home for only about a week; leaks also appear to be cost-shared. - Our AC failed briefly during peak summer, and our electric bills skyrocketed; neighbors with new AC systems report about one-third of the costs after their units were replaced. - Despite these issues, rent increased at renewal. We had enjoyed living here, for the most part, but the months-long ant problem and building conditions have been a serious health and safety concern. If you’re considering moving here, weigh the costs, time, and stress that we and many neighbors have experienced. Note: As much as I would like to be more critical, our lease prohibits any statements that may “injure [the property’s] reputation by making bad faith allegations.” This review is based solely on our direct experiences and documented facts.
