It would have been nice to receive a call saying your party was there and i can let them in. Young lady was not at her desk nor does she carry a phone called multiple times to be let in the office and went back and forth between 11th and 12 flr to see if she was there. Finally, was let in by someone else that was working there. When i called in, should have provided my boss with a key card as well kept the key card until i got there. Cheapest option in that area for on demand meeting space, but cheaper might not be better. If i ever have the need again doubtful that i will choose them.

La mayoría de las personas que trabajan en ese edificio son muy agradables. Lo que más me gusta no hay discriminación para nada asia la comunidad LGBTQ 😃
