- MWMichael WilsonOct 30, 20255.0Unfortunately I was only able to live here for a short period, but my time here was great! Danika (property manager) is the absolute best! She was was so friendly and helpful during my move and leave. She takes a genuine interest in her residents lives during their stay which I can’t say I’ve had in most other apt complexes. The rest of the staff (including maintenance) is very friendly and helpful as well! So no complaints there. As far as price goes, you will NOT find a better one for the location. This location is incredible, right off the beltline. Safe too. I looked at many other apts off the beltline and only a few were somewhat close in price but they had multiple other downsides (communal washers/dryers, very small square footage, etc). So, West Inman is a steal! I would live here again and Highly recommend!
- RRRakan RAug 12, 20252.0I lived here for a year. The building and amenities are a bit old but decent. After I moved out, I had a package sent to my old place by mistake. I called the front office and they said they will ask current tenant. When i went to the leasing office, they said they asked the new tenant and he doesn’t have it but I am welcome to ask for myself. And so I did.. turns out he had the package and told me that no one contacted him about it. I am not sure that I would want to live again in a building that I dont trust its administration.

When I arrived to the location, the leasing office was dark, door locked, and no one on site. I'd suggest you don't waste your time and cross this property off of your apartment search list.

The staff was friendly… Plus, I was only going to stay two years. Now, eight years later… The staff is even more friendly, the complex has undergone certain renovations, and it’s even more popular than it was when I first moved in. So I just renewed my lease yet again.

The friendliness and the attentiveness to my needs have always been taken into account ,and are thorough in completing requested ask. It has been convenient to my lifestyle as it’s walkable, spending time at the pool, being able to socialize with neighbors in their well designed game room, as well as enjoying their quarterly monthly hosted community event events. The office staff is always enjoyable to check in with. Property manager, Dannika, goes above and beyond to assist and make sure my living here is comfortable and delightful.
