  I’ve had an amazing experience at The Mill from the day we applied to the day we moved in. Our leasing specialist, Totianna, has been incredible throughout the entire process. She provided us with all the information we needed, guided us through every step of the paperwork, and made our move-in smooth and stress-free. The staff here has truly been one of the best parts of moving into this community. Walking into the leasing office feels welcoming — like family — rather than just being another resident with a problem to solve. The team works with so much efficiency, professionalism, and care to make sure everyone is taken care of. Between the great amenities, the sense of community, and the outstanding staff, we couldn’t be happier with our decision to live at The Mill. We are truly grateful for everything they do and all they contribute to this community.

  Recently, I relocated to Modera Westside Trail this month, where the apartments are newly constructed. This aspect is particularly appealing as it is my first apartment. Deardra Favors demonstrated exceptional patience and provided invaluable assistance throughout the entire process. Her guidance was instrumental in my decision to move here. Parking is limited due to the location, but the community prioritizes safety and enforces parking regulations diligently. While some amenities are currently under construction, the gym, co-working space, and sky lounge are of high quality. I eagerly anticipate witnessing the development of this community over the coming months.

  My tour with Judi was through with every question answered The next initial move is to apply and become apart of the community. Note: I already have co-worker and friend that currently lives at the residence for the past 2 years. Nothing but Phenomenal words about the Walton Community

  I loved my time at Walton Westside! Only moved, because I purchased a home. Everything is so well maintained. The community events were a great way to meet your neighbors. I was new to the city when I first moved here, and the events introduced me to me to my Atlanta tribe! Anytime there was an issue, the team was on top of it. Everything was handled with grace and professionalism. If you're looking for an apartment on the Westside, look no further. Other bonus points: it's walkable to some great restaurants and coffee shops!
