- RHRob HollandsNov 12, 20255.0Our experience here has been fantastic, from the day of our tour to now, as we are about to leave. If it wasn’t for a family move, we’d definitely be staying. Lindsey, Jamie, Kevin et al have been highly professional, kind and warm from day one. Walton do their best to address concerns in a timely manner. Security gate was installed in the courtyard when the community was experiencing security issues and fixes are made as soon as possible. They have created an environment that feels safe, which in Midtown Atlanta, is a rarity! If you’re reading this and weighing your options, choose here! You won’t regret it!

- AAAlexis AndersonOct 27, 20255.0I’ve lived at the Walton Westside for a little over 2 years! I’ve always had a wonderful experience with the leasing team, maintenance team, & onsite security! It’s rare to have the leasing office remember every tenant name and that stands out to me. They’re always very responsive and prompt with answering any concerns that I may have. Lindsey (leasing agent/manager) even got me a $50 VISA gift card for helping put up pool chairs during a storm!! Which she definitely DID NOT have to do! The amenities are always in good condition, with regularly scheduled cleaning. I’ve never had an issue with other tenants here as everyone is relatively respectful of others time/space, etc. Though I don’t see myself staying in ATL forever, I’ll be at the Walton Westside until I leave the city!
