Our leasing specialist, Totianna, has been incredible throughout the entire process. She provided us with all the information we needed, guided us through every step of the paperwork, and made our move-in smooth and stress-free. The staff here has truly been one of the best parts of moving into this community. Walking into the leasing office feels welcoming — like family — rather than just being another resident with a problem to solve. The team works with so much efficiency, professionalism, and care to make sure everyone is taken care of. Between the great amenities, the sense of community, and the outstanding staff, we couldn’t be happier with our decision to live at The Mill. We are truly grateful for everything they do and all they contribute to this community.

Deardra Favors demonstrated exceptional patience and provided invaluable assistance throughout the entire process. Her guidance was instrumental in my decision to move here. Parking is limited due to the location, but the community prioritizes safety and enforces parking regulations diligently. While some amenities are currently under construction, the gym, co-working space, and sky lounge are of high quality. I eagerly anticipate witnessing the development of this community over the coming months.
