- MMMatthew MaierOct 9, 20255.0Walton Riverwood has to be one of the best pound for pound apartment communities in Atlanta. We lived there for just under three years, and had a fantastic experience. From the leasing office to the maintenance crew, the people consistently go above and beyond. Improvement projects were well communicated, done right, and done fast. They go above and beyond on the little things. Our biggest concern moving in was the surrounding area, but the combination of the onsite security officer and the boost of Cobb County PD led to complete safety for us. If you want to live in in Smyrna/Cumberland/Vinings, I would absolutely recommend that you live here.

The little things really make a difference such as the deodorized trash shoot area, the lighting in the parking garage, the grab and go breakfast and coffee in the morning and the friendliness of the staff. I am happy that I decided to move here!

The pool is always clean, the 2-story gym is awesome, and the conference room has been a lifesaver for working from home. The leasing team are all super friendly and helpful. The maintenance and cleaning staff do a great job! The hallways are always clean and everything gets fixed very quickly! They also host really fun community events like paint night, resident breakfasts, and we even had a Salsa night recently! It’s a great way to meet neighbors and feel part of the community. Rose and Karissa do a fantastic job!
