I’ve had a great experience so far at The Walton on the Chattahoochee. Beth in the front office made the apartment search and lease signing process smooth and straightforward. She was helpful, responsive, and easy to work with, which made the move-in process much less stressful.
The apartments are older, so they are not perfect or brand new. That said, nothing unexpected came up. Any issues I noticed during my first week were fixed the day after I submitted a maintenance request. The maintenance team has been professional, efficient, and respectful each time.
The highlight of living here has easily been the nature. The trails and courtyards between the buildings are incredible. It feels peaceful and tucked away, and I honestly do not think you can find this level of greenery and relaxation at another apartment complex this close to Atlanta.
The location has also been great for commuting. It is easy to get on 285 or 75. After living in Buckhead before, my expectations for traffic were already low, so this has been a noticeable improvement.
Overall, I love it here and am glad I chose this community.

So this is a true story 100% about a year and a half ago I just had to get out of the house for a minute and go on an adventure which then turned into unexpected languishing in the number of undesired environments specifically Dallas, Texas, where there is nothing like the deciduous gorgeous forest of Georgia. I missed living at Walton so much. It was a huge part of the reason I came back and the weirdest part of all sad but true the best part of living there literally was going to sleep and having dreams about the walking path at Walton truly step-by-step I would relive these experiences of walking the grounds here it’s truly beautiful. I’m so glad to be home. The people are great too. Everyone everyone’s really trying their best to make it a great place! I almost got one if you like because I want to keep it a hidden gem. So if you love, please come with care!

Lived here for almost 2 years now and it’s great! The grounds are really nice and having the coffee shop on site is definitely a plus. It is a really quiet place to come home to, while still being convenient to grocery stores, the freeway etc. With it being an older community, it does have its quirks, but what doesn’t? Would definitely recommend!

Don't live here if you like taking showers. I'm not too sure if it has anything to do with the control of the actual properties but every other week, the water has to be turned off for maintenance, or because of pipe burst. I've lived here for years and this issue has been nonstop. No matter the season, the pipes are always bursting. I've lived here for years and this issue has been non-stop. No matter the season, the pipes are always bursting. I remember once they asked us to shower in the communal gym because that was the only shower that was working.
Don't get me wrong. The amenities are beautiful. Community events are fun. It's a safe community. Everything is great, but I really hope that they get this water issue under control.

We have lived in the Walton community on the Chattahooche for several years and highly recommend it. The maintenance staff and staff in the leasing office are always so helpful whatever the issue be that arises. Today, as we worked through signing some documents online, the agent explained what was needed, helped us get started and then willingly remained with us after closing time on a Friday while we completed what was begun. That was above and beyond kind of service. Thank you Eric!
